Sam helped us find our home in February of 2023. She went above and beyond compared to any other realtor I’ve dealt with in the past. She isn’t pushy and never once felt pressured to make an offer on something we weren’t completely satisfied with. Also She worked tirelessly to find us our perfect house within our budget and she produced results. When it came time to make a deal she was a bulldog, I wouldn’t want to be the listing realtor bargaining against Sam! Once the deal was made she always made herself available to us for anything we needed and even almost a year after the possession date she continues to stay in contact which is rare (not annoyingly like trying to get us to sell or buy again, just to say hi and catch up). I have to Recommend Samantha, in the past few years we have moved 3 times and used Realtors to sell and buy in all three situations. Hands down Sam is by far the best realtor we have worked with. We looked at close to 25 homes in person and many more virtually. We looked EVERYWHERE. She always made sure she was available for all of our home inspections, and we had many. She worked tirelessly touring us around on our 5 day trip, going above and beyond sharing in depth information on each community, including great local places to eat. With her, its so much more than just showing the house, it’s an experience.

Meet My Family
These people right here are my family. They are the reason why I chose to leave the “Big City”.
My husband and I have been married for over 9 years now, and have three beautiful children, Lucy, Theo, and Sullivan. We have made Carstairs our home now for over 2 years, however it feels like we have been here our whole lives.
Why Carstairs? It’s Calgary’s “bedroom” community…..close enough to drive to for odds and ends, but far enough away to feel like we are in the HEART of Alberta. This community of mine felt like home from the moment we drove through, inviting and warm, safe and secure for my family and our future. Our three children have taken to this town like it is their own, as have I. We may not have been born here or have family that dates decades back, but we are putting our roots down and embracing our community as if we have been here from a time before.
Rural Alberta changed me. It will change you too.
